The KREBS CYCLE

One of the most important concepts in Biochemistry is the Krebs Cycle. It explains how WATER and CO2 are the end products of respiration: All carbohydrates and sugars such as glucose, fructose, and dextrose are metabolized in the presence of oxygen to give us Water, CO2 and Energy (in the form of 36 moles of ATP). Thanks to Dr. Krebs, the catalyst has been isolated and identified as Aconitase.

You are exhaling CO2 and water vapor 24 hours a day!

The steps of cellular respiration involve the removal of hydrogen atoms and the release of CO2; free oxygen is the final acceptor of the hydrogen atoms. The oxygen combines with the hydrogen, forming WATER. That's why you feel the urge to relieve yourself after a high carbohydrate meal! And that's why you perspire so much after you exercise.

The more physically active you are, the more energy, water and CO2 you produce!  We excrete the WATER as urine, sweat or gaseous water vapor and exhale the CO2.

Much of the water that exists on Earth is man-made, believe it or not--about 60%.

The Good News: All living organisms produce water as a result of Respiration. The reason you don't see it is because it is water vapor. However, when it condenses, it becomes water. Waste water (urine) can be used for gardening, watering fruit trees and watering shrubs, bushes and evergreens as well as regular trees and grass.

The Bad News: The Earth's sea levels are rising: the water manifests itself as snow, sleet, hail, tsunamis, cyclones, typhoons, snow avalanches, riptides, whirlpools, tidal waves, and hurricanes. The carbon dioxide manifests itself as tornadoes and lightening storms. Coupled with global warming, there is no relief in sight for the natural disasters that will plague mankind, as it will become progressively worse over time.

What Should be Done: Ship bottled water to other planets and moons by writing to your Space Agency. 61 moons have been discovered so far in our Solar System alone. While 165 moons and planetary bodies have been discovered so far in our own Milky Way Galaxy. Claims of 235 have been made. Advances in Atmospheric Design will make atmospheres on these planetary bodies so mankind can settle on them.
